Refund policy

If you would like to return an item, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@studioraff.co.uk. Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving. All items must be returned in the same condition as received.

We do not offer a free shipping returns, the customer will be responsible for arranging and the cost of the return postage.

We advise tracking your return using a postage service with insurance. Any merchandise returned which does not meet Studio Raff return requirements will be refused.

Products purchased on sale or bespoke are non returnable.
